Slingo, the bingo meets slots game, has grown to become an important addition to many online gambling brands. Gaming Realms, the developers of Slingo, have managed to release multiple variations on Slingo and have themed it with slots, TV shows and gambling brands. We've reviewd and featured many of the games here on Loquax Bingo and often wonder just where else could they go with the format and who else could they partner with? There seems to be a Slingo for all seasons but even we were a little surprised to see the latest release. It's exclusive at Mecca Bingo and called Loose Women Presents Stylish Slingo!

Loose Women Presents Stylish Slingo

This is actually the very basic version of Slingo but it's been dressed up to incorporate a stylish and fashionable theme. The background features a dressing room complete with make-up section, wardrobe and the 5x5 Slingo grid cleverly incorporated. Those of you who know your IKEA products will instantly think that the grid is designed using Kallax. The colour scheme is delightful and uses pastel shades of blue, pink and purple very effectively. The aim of the game is to complete lines of numbers (Slingos) by spinning the number reel under the grid. You get five initial spins to climb the paytable. You need a minimum of two Slingos to win your stake back. To help you there are wilds and super wilds. After the initial spins you can opt to wager on but this costs you extra.

Our Verdict

We never ever expected to see Loose Women paired with online bingo so perhaps it's not a surprise to see the TV show brand be expanded to other gaming elements such as Slingo. The look and design of the game definitely lives up to it's billing - it's very stylish - although we don't really get the Loose Women relationship. It looks as though this game has one eye on the future when/if the Loose Women presents could easily be dropped and leave Mecca Bingo or Gaming Realms with a Stylish Slingo game. Overall though it's actually a decent game. We've ignored Slingo for a while and only occasionally review the odd game because they'd become much of a muchness. With new UKGC wagering limits in place we do need to look at how Slingo works within those confines and how many games now just have 5 spins on the base game.
