Paddy Power Bingo Have £10K To Giveaway

Whilst Betfred, The Sun and Mecca are giving players the chance to win holidays this summer season, Paddy Power Bingo are opting to dish out some cold hard cash. Their I've Got A Text promotion is about to start it's third week but there's still plenty of time to get involved. All you have to do is spend £2 on Paddy Power Bingo to gain entry into their Summer Cash Finale where they will give away £1000 in cash to 10 Lucky winners. Read on below to discover how to get involved in the prize draw as well as earning a Free Spin on Cash Reel.
How To Enter
I've Got A Text runs at Paddy Power Bingo between the 6th June and 25th July 2022. To take part you simply need to login to Paddy Power Bingo and then click 'opt-in' by hitting the blue button. You'll find the promotion featured in the bingo section after you've logged in. Once you've logged in then it's simply a case of playing at least £2 via bingo rooms or games during the promotional period. You will earn a Cash Reel Spin once you've wagered £2 plus gain an entry into the £1000 giveaway. It's at this point we get a little bit confused because on one page Paddy Power state "you will gain entry into our £1000 daily giveaway" but then they also mention the Summer Cash Finale with 10 x £1000 prizes. In this day and age of clarity and transparency this doesn't exactly fit the bill.
£1000 Winners
We're assuming that the actual promotion is for 10 x £1000 cash winners. From what we understand you can earn unlimited entries - one for every £2 wagered - but you don't get a Cash Reel spin for each £2 wagered. With that particular promotion you get a spin for each day that you wager at least £2. As mentioned the I've Got A Text offer runs until the 25th July. On the 26th July ten lucky winners will be selected to win £1000 each. No wagering terms apply to the prizes as they're paid in cash. As well as the chance to win the cash Paddy Power do say that you should look out for other offers too: "Summer is heating up and so is Paddy Power Bingo, each week we will have free tickets & bonuses to give away". Keep an eye out for them but just be wary of any wagering terms and conditions that may (or may not) apply.
Platinum Room Change
In quite a shock to us this week we received an email from Paddy Power about a change to the site. We say it's a shock because sending emails and/or replying to them doesn't seem to be a forte of Paddy's sister brand at Betfair (and the same department manage the affiliate programs of both). Fortunately for us the email came from customer services so at least one part of the business can manage to do it's job. As for the email itself it was simply to let players know that the Platinum Room is now being renamed to Paddy's Free Bingo Room. In terms of games nothing is changing though as the schedule remains the same. That means you can login daily between midday and 6pm and enjoy free bingo. All prizes are paid in cash - so no wagering terms to worry about - and you're guaranteed £5 for a full house, £3 for two Lines and £2 for one line. We don't know why this - and other rooms - have had name changes but suspect it's either to identify exclusive rooms or try and give an impression of exclusivity.
Alternatives To Paddy Power Bingo
Whilst we quite like the I've Got A Text promotion - which admittedly seems to be trying to pretend it's somehow related to Love Island - we'll be seeking alternative bingo brands to play at. As mentioned at the start there are holiday prizes up for grabs at Mecca, The Sun and Betfred - and all of these are on the same Virtue Fusion platform. Of the three we'd choose Mecca Bingo as our primary choice. After that we're big fans of Buzz Bingo who continue to go from strength to strength.
