Sun Bingo & Fabulous Bingo Launch On Virtue Fusion

With just a few days left to go before the football transfer window closes, Sun Bingo and Fabulous Bingo have completed their move to the Virtue Fusion platform. Of course this 'deal' didn't have to be completed by the end of August but it has dragged on longer than the Pogba to Manchester United saga. Now it's all done and dusted though, it's time to see what's new.

When we first visited the new Sun Bingo we were very surprised as at first glance it appears to be the same. The team have decided to stick with the old look and feel. There's a similar story for Fabulous Bingo too. To be honest it's probably an obvious thing to do but we had kind of expected a whole new look for both brands.

To be fair we'd also expected some exciting top bingo promotions and new player welcome offers, but that's not the case either. Sun Bingo are still offering a 300% welcome bonus whilst there's just 200% at Fabulous. Both sites offer 7 days of free bingo to new players via a newbie room. We believe no deposit is required but wagering terms will apply. The free bingo newbie room is open from 11am to 1pm and 6pm to 8pm daily.

Whilst Sun and Fabulous are now powered by Virtue Fusion, they both seem to be operating more independently from the main network. There's a whole raft of exclusive rooms whilst only a handful of network ones. There's no Deal or No Deal Bingo as far as we can see either. The look and feel to the site is also more Gamesys than Virtue Fusion - a clever way to make current players feel right at home.

With Jackpotjoy launching their Paper Talk free game and Paper Win slot we expected not to see Sun Bingo's versions on the new site. Again this expectation was wrong. In fact Sun Bingo have retained both their daily free games - Mystic Meg scratchcard and Winning Headlines. There is a difference though - these games are only free daily when you've wagered at least £1.

Slots wise there's a massive change! Players at both Sun and Fabulous now have a lot more choice. Among the many titles are Clover Rollover, Big Top Tombola, Piggy Payout, Fluffy Favourites and Bouncy Balls. Winning Headlines is retained as an exclusive slot to both sites! On top of all this there's also the usual BingoLinx Jackpots and big Virtue Fusion games like Winner's Night.

We're quite impressed with the transition of the two brands from Gamesys to Virtue Fusion. However we're surprised that neither are taking advantage of the change by offering a big promotion. Perhaps that may come next month once the niggles have been ironed out. It's great to also see that the brands are more standalone than network - hopefully this will make them stand out among their new sister sites.
