Progress Play Add Playtech Bingo To Their Brands

Over the last couple of years there's been rumblings around the gambling industry that Progress Play would be offering bingo as option on their many slots and casino brands. It was unclear whether the platform would be creating their own bingo product or if they'd follow the likes of Grace Media and Jumpman Gaming by implementing the popular Pragmatic Play product. We had hoped for the former but expected the latter. The bad news is that we're not getting something new but the good news is that Progress Play haven't opted for Pragmatic Play. In a surprise move they've in fact partnered with Playtech. Progress Play in fact becomes "the first white label network to launch Playtech’s brand new innovative Bingo platform, which went live in December 2024".
Well Known & Loved Bingo
According to a press release, Progress Play "will work closely with Playtech’s Bingo experts to tailor the product to their specific needs. Playtech’s network management team will provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure the success of the Bingo offering. The deal also includes a variety of side games featuring content from Playtech’s Eyecon studio, renowned for their industry-leading Bingo slots". The press release also explains that "Progress Play will benefit from the largest B2B liquidity in the market, offering a wide variety of networked rooms that are well-known and loved by Bingo players". Marat Koss, VP of Interactive Gaming at Playtech, commented that Playtech "By joining Playtech’s network, Progress Play will be able to offer a best-in-class bingo experience to their vast pool of players who will benefit from a wide choice of content, attractive prizes and large variety of games. We look forward to a continuing our long and successful partnership".
Unparalled Gaming Experience
Progress Play are equally delighted with the partnership. Itai Loewenstein, CEO at Progress Play explained "We are thrilled to extend our partnership and integrate Playtech’s innovative Bingo platform into our offerings. This collaboration allows us to deliver an unparalleled gaming experience and next level entertainment to our players. We look forward to the exciting campaigns we have planned together". Players visiting a Progress Play site that offers bingo will be able to play in a number of rooms including Deal Or No Deal Bingo and Fluffy Favourites Bingo. Amongst the advertised rooms is Rainbow Riches Bingo but we need to clarify whether this is actually the new Clover Rollover room? It's been a busy time for Playtech who recently boosted their ranks with the addition of Heart Bingo and Bet Victor Bingo, both of whom switched from Pragmatic Play. All these additions should increase player numbers which in turn should improve liquidity, prizes and promotions.
Good News For Bingo
Online bingo has been pretty stagnant for a long time now so this Progress Play and Playtech partnership is welcome news. You could perhaps even say that Donald Trump has changed tariffs more times in a week then there has been notable new bingo sites in months if not years. Now we've not been big fans of Progress Play as a slots platform, in fact we rarely include their sites these days, but we do like Playtech so we'll assess whether it's worth upping the number of listings. These days the number of bingo sites is quite limited. Sites have either closed down or they've decided they don't want to work with affiliates (or just want to work with a handful of partners). Our big hopes from this partnership are that firstly that Progress Play offers something exclusive to bingo players and that the plug-in just doesn't become an afterthought. Secondly we hope it'll boost interest in bingo and thirdly that it gives other platforms like Bally, Dragonfish and Pragmatic Play a kick up the butt to do something exciting and new.
