Bouncy Balls Bingo - Play 60 Ball Bingo

Published On 27th January 2025

If you've played bingo since 2017 on a Virtue Fusion powered site then you may well have come across Bouncy Ball Bingo. This was a 36 ball multistake game that was inspired by the popular Bouncy Ball slot. Unlike some variations on bingo this particular version has bounced in and out of the rosters across various brands. Most recently it popped up at Buzz Bingo. That game has now gone and Sky Bingo are currently showing Bouncy Bingo in their room list. However it's not the 36 ball version of the game but what appears to be a new 60 ball version of Bouncy Balls Bingo.

Bouncy Ball Bingo 60

  • Type Of Game: 60 Ball Bingo
  • Cost: 10p - £2
  • Open: 24/7
  • Jackpots: Each Ball Has A Jackpot
  • Extras: 5 Prizes Per Game
  • Special Features: Match Characters For Rewards

How To Play Bouncy Balls Bingo

The Bouncy Ball Bingo room is quite attractive for a Virtue Fusion game. A stage with large purple curtains is set as the background with the game board set in a frame on a wooden stage. The bingo card comprises of 5 different bingo cards with each one representing a different Bouncy Ball character. Each card has a different number of numbers - yellow (6), green (9), purple (12), red (15) and blue (18). It's the same set up that you'll find for Tombola's 60 ball game. Like it's 36 ball version, 60 ball Bouncy Ball Bingo is a multistake game. This means that every player can only purchase one ticket per game but can opt to choose to pay a different stake (10p, 25p, 50p, £1 or £2). The higher the stake the higher the prize! Once you've decided how much to play it's simply a case of eyes down.

Bouncy Balls Bingo Prizes

All tickets are in play as the numbers are drawn. There's no set order for the prizes to be won although in reality you'd expect the yellow and/or green cards to be completed first. Each colour has it's own prize with the biggest prize offered on the red and blue cards. Prizes are won when the coloured sections are completed. The best way to think about this is that one stake buys you five tickets and all play at the same time. As well as base game prizes, each coloured ball has it's own jackpot. These jackpots are won if you call house within a fixed number of calls - yellow (13), green (21), purple (27), red (32) and blue (36). All jackpots are progressive and only payout to the winner. This is different to Tombola 60 where their jackpots are fixed.

Bouncy Balls Feature Game

To give you another chance to win, Bouncy Balls Bingo also features a game that appears at the end of the bingo session. To qualify you must purchase at least one ticket for the regular bingo game. In the feature game, a 3x3 grid with 9 coins is displayed and a randomly selected feature winner selects the coins. If they match any 3 of the same bouncy balls icons then that triggers a prize win. If a grey icon is flipped, the feature game ends immediately. Coins are automatically turned if the feature winner isn’t active. There are four prizes available in the feature game and they pay out different amounts. Lucky No.7 pays out 100% to the community whilst Dancing Queen splits the pot 50/50 between the feature winner and the community. Bullseye and Brighton Line pay out 100% to the feature winner but the prizes are high and low respectively.

Our Verdict

60 ball bingo games are quite limited so it's good to see that Virtue Fusion have come up with a version of their own. However we do wonder whether calling it Bouncy Balls Bingo is the best idea? Will established players know it's a new game? Will they know it's now 60 ball and not 36 ball? We're not so sure. It looks as though Virtue Fusion put the game together then realised it looks very similar to Tombola's version so to make it sufficiently different added some bouncy balls. The feature game adds a little bit of extra interest although it'll be interesting to know just how often wins occur via that route. Bouncy Balls Bingo currently seems to be only avalilable at Sky Bingo but we suspect that it'll roll out to better brands like Buzz in the near future. Overall is a decent enough game and it's good to see something new to the roster - it's just a shame it's not accessible across the network.
