Published On 1st June 2024
Bingo operators are always looking for new ways to keep players interested. Back in February 2017 we told you about Sky's new Tipping Point Bingo and followed that up with another "new kid on the block". Bouncy Balls Bingo became the latest variation on the popular numbers game to arrive on the Virtue Fusion platform. It's a 36 ball game themed on the slot of the same name which you can play for different stakes. As well as winning with a full house players can collect prizes thanks to the Bouncy Balls Bonus element.

- Extras:
- Special Features: Bouncy Balls Bonus
How To Play Bouncy Balls Bingo
Bouncy Balls Bingo is a multistake one ticket game. This means that everyone plays the same game regardless of the price they've opted to pay for their ticket. However the prizes on offer vary depending on the price paid. With Bouncy Balls Bingo you can choose to play 10p, 50p, £1 or £2 a game. The bingo tickets consist of 12 numbers and each game card also includes four sad looking balls encapsulated in leaves. The aim of the game is to cover all 12 numbers on your game card. As the numbers are crossed off, the yellow leaves will fall releasing the sad numbers from captivity. If one of your balls get free it pops into your bonus box.
Bag A Bouncy Ball Bonus
The game only has one winner - the full house - but there is a progressive jackpot which falls if house is called in 18 numbers or less. This is a community jackpot that's shared by all participants when the prize is won. However, if you've freed any of your Bouncy Balls then these accumulate to generate you a bonus. You need to get 50 of the same coloured bouncy balls to pick up a bonus. The great thing about this is that your bonus stays with you game to game, day to day, week to week etc, so you don't lose your accumulated balls. However you do need to play a lot of games in order to complete the bonus. And there are caveats to this too.
How Much Is A Bouncy Ball Bingo Bonus
As mentioned above, the value of any full house/jackpot prizes - are dependent on your stake and the same applies to the bonus. For example if you play 10p games you may collect a £1 prize, but it'll be a £5 prize at a 50p stake. However the bonus bouncy balls you collect are for that chosen stake. For example if you play a 10p game and get 1 bonus ball then decide that you want to play a 50p game and get another bonus ball (and note bonus balls aren't guaranteed on every game) then you'll then need 49 x 10p balls or 49 x 50p balls to collect the respective bonus. Also your bonuses don't transition from site to site so playing Bouncy Balls on Buzz and then playing on Sun Bingo won't carry over any bonuses you have for the game.
Our Verdict
As this is a 36 ball game, the chances to play comes thick and fast. There's a new game every few minutes! The fact that you can only play one card at a time also makes it's an "even stevens" game so everyone has the same chance of winning. The bonus scheme of the game is a nice touch, but it should be noted the bonus is split for the Bouncy Ball bingo and slot game. You're also going to need to play a lot of games to collect the reward. Bouncy Balls is available at a number of sites including Sun Bingo plus it's recently been added to the roster at Buzz Bingo but for a limited time only (Friday and Saturday in March 2022, 8pm to 10pm).
