Vote For Free Bingo Games

Awards season is upon us yet again and that's good news for players as various brands do love an incentive to get you to vote for them. It's less good for the actual awards because it's essentially a contest in who can mobilise the most voters as opposed to a genuine attempt to determine the best of the best. Still with so few bingo brands around these days the options are kind of limited. In addition it's good to see that well established brands won't be picking up New Bingo Site of the Year Awards as there's no category this year. Anyway below are just some of the promotions you can take advantage of during this bingo awards season.
Free Buzz Bingo
Buzz Bingo would love for you to vote for them in five different categories including best bingo site and best game for live bingo! To entice you into virtual ballot box they're offering £1000 of free bingo games. In order to play these games you'll need to opt-in by clicking the 'Vote Now' button. This can be found via the promotions page. Once redirected to the awards site you can then vote for Buzz in various categories. Buzz then says you'll receive a code for £1000 of free bingo games that will take place 10pm and 10.30pm on the 21st April 2024. Each game has a £200 pot but this will increase for every award that Buzz wins. Whilst Buzz would love your vote, as far as we can tell you don't actually need to vote in order to qualify for the free games. The terms in fact state that access to The Gold Room will be granted to players who have opted in.
Free Heart Bingo
Another site offering free bingo are Heart Bingo. You can vote for them in categories such as best game for Heart Bonanza and best Pragmatic Play site, a title they'd like to reclaim off Bet365. If they're successful in any of their categories then players will be rewarded with a free bingo session. Details of the free bingo are quite limited because Heart have (to date) just splashed a large slide on their homepage advertising the awards and free bingo session. Users click on the slide to go to the awards page. As the awards aren't announced until 17th April 2024 then, like Buzz above, the free games obviously won't take place until after that date. Furthermore there's no information about what will happen if Heart are beaten in the categories. At least Buzz are offering free games regardless of whether they win or not.
The Which Bingo Room
Entain who own Coral Bingo, Ladbrokes Bingo, Foxy Bingo and Gala Bingo have brought back their free bingo room across the network for this awards season. The Which Bingo Room is open daily for free games for the next month or so. All you need to do is login to your chosen site, head to the special room and claim your six free tickets. As far as we can see there's no hard sell to gain your vote but it is a clever way to constantly remind players about voting on a daily basis. Each game is a 90 ball one and the prize pot (at time of writing) was £24. Not a big prize but over a few weeks the pot probably adds up to similar amounts being offered by Buzz, maybe more. We're guessing that the approach was quite effective for Entain as Foxy Bingo, Foxy Games and Gala Bingo were all successful in the 2023 vote.
More Awards = More Free Bingo
Betfred Bingo are now on the vote for me bandwagon. They'll be hosting a free bingo session on the 19th April between 6pm and 7pm. During that time they'll be 10 free games with a minimum prize pot of £100. That's £10 a game! However if Betfred are successful with their nominations in the following categories: Best Bingo Site, Best Playtech Bingo Site and Bext Exclusive Bingo Game, then they'll increase the prize pot. It'll go up by £100 per award so if they win all three then you'll be able to play for a £400 pot or £40 per game. To qualify for the free room you need to enter the code BETFREDBINGO in the lobby between February 5th and 8th March 2024. Note that you'll qualify for the free room regardless of whether you then choose to go and vote and/or even if you don't vote for Betfred.
More To Come?
So what of other brands? Well at the moment we've not seen anything from the likes of Mecca, Sun Bingo, Jackpotjoy, Tombola, Paddy Power, Sky or 888 Ladies. Of that group Mecca and Sun Bingo are perhaps the most likely to offer some kind of incentive because it's something they've done previously. Bet365 may also jump on the bandwagon as could Jackpotjoy, Betfair and Paddy Power. If we spot any more promos then we'll add them above. So who would we vote for? We think perhaps Buzz or Mecca for best site overall with Buzz also our selection for best game with Live Bingo. Why there is a category for best Dragonfish site is this year's main mystery as that platform hasn't exactly picked up sticks over the last few years. It measn that Wink or 888 Ladies could end up with an award for doing nothing whilst Tombola could miss out on recognition as they're in with Foxy and Gala for best Proprietary Site.
