New Joy Bingo Room Opens At Jackpotjoy

Did you know that Jackpotjoy are celebrating their 20th birthday this month? It doesn't seem like yesterday when a fun games brand emerged on the scene with a handful of games, various free to play scratchcards where you could win points and absolutely no sign of any bingo! There was even a Loquax branded version of Jackpotjoy which actually did pretty well plus for a number of years we hosted a bunch of the free play games. What Is Joy Bingo?
The Joy Bingo Room is exclusive to Jackpotjoy and for the most part is a standard 90 ball game that offers one line, two lines and full house prizes. The room itself is quite basic, bathed mainly in Jackpotjoy's familiar blue colours. To spice things up though there's a graphic to the right of the playing area (on desktop) that features various party elements such as masks, lanterns, flags, music and fireworks. If you look closely you'll see the number 20 cleverly interwoven such as forming a musical note, on a guitar and of course sat on a birthday cake. After all you can't celebrate a birthday without a cake can you? Tickets for the Joy Bingo games are typically 10p each but there are a few pricier ones if you look through the schedule. Bulk buys and pre-buys are available. Once you've purchased tickets for a game (maximum 60 per player) then it's eyes down and hopefully you win on 1L, 2L or FH.
The Number 20
The Number 20 is the key to the new Joy Bingo Room. On selected games at 20 past the hour and 20 to the hour 1L, 2L and FH winners can get up to x20 the actual prize provided they call their win on the number 20. The odds of that occurring aren't great (well they're zero if you don't have a 20 on your bingo card) but it's a fun additional element. In other games you can win up to 20% on top of the advertised prizes provided that you call on any number between 1 and 20. This is a little bit better in terms of odds but obviously the reduced prize size reflects this. Joining these Lucky Number bonus are Super Jackpots. According to the terms the Super Jackpots are triggered when full house is called in 42 numbers or less. One jackpot rewards the winner with 100% of the pot whilst the other is a Community prize which sees 50% to the winner and the rest shared by the roomies playing the game at the time of the jackpot win.
20 Years Of Joy
Away from the Joy Bingo Room, Jackpotjoy are hosting a 20 Years of Joy promotion that runs daily until the 5th September 2022. To get involved you need to login, opt-in and then reveal the daily offer via the promos page. You'll then be advised to wager a minimum of £5 on a selected game in order to be in that day's prize draw. Up for grabs are free spins on the Double Bubble Triple Jackpot slot. Will There Be More Celebrations?
We're hoping that September will see Jackpotjoy unveil more birthday promotions. Let's be honest a new bingo room and some free spins really isn't enough when it comes to celebrating 20 years online. Given that this is a brand that gave away 31 Fiat 500s in one month we're hoping for something special. But times are different now and big giveaways tend not to be the style when it comes to slots and bingo.
