Published On 20th July 2021
Deal Or No Deal has been a theme for slots and bingo games for many years now and features in some format on many brands. In fact Deal Or No Deal Bingo at Playtech powered brands such as Mecca and Paddy Power still remains incredibly popular with bingo players. Entain who are behind the likes of Foxy, Ladbrokes, Cheeky and Coral obviously recognise this popularity as they've turned to Deal for their latest addition to their bingo rooms. But is this version of Deal Or No Deal Bingo the real deal?

- Open: 24/7
- Jackpots: None
- Extras: FH Winner takes on The Banker
- Special Features: Based on US version of Deal
About Deal Or No Deal Bingo
There's no familiar Deal Or No Deal soundtrack when you enter the Entain powered bingo room. You'll also notice the lack of red boxes. This is because this version is based on the US game as opposed to the one that we're more familiar with here in The UK. There's no Noel Edmunds either which for many will be a blessing. Instead the backdrop is a mix of gold and black set that features silver suitcase. The good news is that the format of the game is the same and the aim is to get the full house and get the opportunity to beat the banker in the final game.
How To Play Deal Or No Deal Bingo
Ticket prices for the game vary as does the maximum number of tickets you can buy per game. Before eyes down there will be 22 cash prizes held within 22 silver suitcases. These amounts vary per game based on stakes in play. One of the cases will be selected at random and becomes the player's case. All the other cases will have numbers that represent bingo numbers. From thereon Entain's version of DOND Bingo follows a traditional 90 ball game. The numbers are called and winners created for one line, two lines and the full house. During game play any case numbers that match a number call, and it's subsequent monetary value, will be removed.
The Banker's Offer
When the full house is called the Deal element of the game takes centre stage. The full house winner keeps their main prize but can then play for an extra cash prize by either accepting the player's case or taking an offer from The Banker. The Banker will make an offer to the full house winner for the player's case based on the remaining case values. One of these values will be inside the case. To make the process more interesting the other roomies can cast their own votes for "Deal" or "No Deal". Whether this process influences the winner's decision we don't know but it does add a nice interactive element.
Surprisingly there aren't any additional game features with Entain's version of Deal so for example you'll not win a jackpot for calling house in less than X calls. Within the game though you will find some interesting options. There are the usual things like switching off chat, setting audio levels and changing dabber colour and dabber symbol. However there's a nice feature at the top of the bingo ticket area. Click the 'v' to see the balls called and how many roomies are on 1TG, 2TG and 3TG versus your own tickets. It's initially quite interesting then that turns to frustration when you see that you're way off the pace versus other players in the game.
The format and simple premise of Deal Or No Deal makes it the perfect gameshow foil for bingo and slots. Therefore it's relatively easy to create a good game! Thankfully Entain have created a good game and one that we expect will be very popular amongst players. We especially like the roomie interactivity at the end of the round - something which isn't part of the original Playtech version. An extra jackpot would be quite nice to see but that would only add an extra cherry on top of the cake. Overall this is a good addition to the Entain stable.
