New Bingo Sites Launch On Broadway Gaming

Over the last 12 to 18 months new bingo site launches have been as rare as strikers signing for Southampton FC. During 2022 Bingo Stars did arrive on the scene as did Blush Bingo. However the latter closed after a few months whilst the former is really a relaunch of a former brand. We also saw a handful of additions on the Jumpman platform but whilst these offer bingo courtesy of the Pragmatic Play platform they're more slots orientated. In short 2022 was awful for new bingo brands. The good news is that 2023 has started with a little bit of excitement thanks to the arrival of Win It Bingo and Heat Bingo. Both surprisingly have launched on the Broadway Gaming platform (formerly Dragonfish).
New Broadway Gaming Bingo
We say surprisingly because we didn't think the platform would look to accommodate new brands so soon in it's new owners tenure. We had anticipated that Broadway Gaming would follow a similar trajectory as Entain's purchase of Cozy Games. In short an initial revamp of the set-up would then be followed by closures of non-profitable brands and a consolidation of the top titles. There has been a revamp of the structure of the old bingo games on Dragonfish platforms. A number of rooms have been closed, daily jackpots dropped and a rejig of the free bingo options are just some of the changes made in recent months. We're not totally sold on some of these changes and as we've highlighted in previous articles some lower end Dragonfish brands seem to have benefited whilst the bigger names like Wink and Costa haven't. Presumably the new Broadway Gaming platform is a work in progress and we'll see bigger and better improvements. However it still wouldn't come as a shock if we start to see old brands slowly be removed from the roster. We can't imagine that all currently occupying space on the old Dragonfish platform are performing to a good standard.
Winning Partners
The latest new bingo brands, Win It Bingo and Heat Bingo, have been launched by a company called Winning Partners. They're not new to online slots and bingo as they also run sites such as Slotster, Slots Jungle and Miami Jackpots. In addition they own Oink Bingo and Blast Off Bingo. The latter have recently been relaunched, also on the Broadway Gaming platform. Bingo fans will remember that these sites were previously owned by Lindar Media but they were closed as their focus moved solely onto MrQ. Launching one new bingo brand in the current climate is a tough ask so adding four new ones (2 brand new and 2 relaunches) is especially brave. Throw a changing platform into the mix too and things get extra spicy. However the new bingo site market has been stagnant for far too long and someone has to get the ball rolling. In many respects it could well be a good time to chuck some new brands out into the field. No one else is doing anything of note with respect to Broadway Gaming and long established brands, such as Wink, 888 Ladies and Costa, appear to have stagnated. Dynamic brands offering something new to players could really disrupt the establishment.
More Of The Same
Unfortunately neither Win It Bingo, Heat Bingo, Blast Off or Oink are doing anything new. They all have the same welcome offer of a 100% bingo bonus and a 100% game bonus when you deposit £10 plus 20 free spins. On a positive note the wagering terms of x2 (deposit + bonus) for bingo and x60 for games are a little kinder than some older brands such as Moon. The old school free bingo room, Daily Doozey, has closed and been replaced by The Bingo Academy. Under the old Dragonfish regime this was free for 3 days without deposit. Now you need to be a depositor first before having the chance to try out the bingo rooms. That's a bit of an own goal from Broadway Gaming in our view! Elsewhere within the lobby it's the standard network offerings of 75 ball and 90 ball rooms, WOW, Mystery Jackpots and The Big £10K. In short there's nothing here that's exclusive which is a frustration. Bingo needs new sites but it also needs new promotions too. Churning out more of what we already have surely can't be the answer? Still seeing new brands launch is a massive step forward so let's hope it's the start of an online bingo renaissance.
