Sky Vegas was the original slots and casino channel for Sky's online gambling site. It's since been joined by casino and live casino options, but that doesn't detract away from Vegas. Over the years this was one of our favourite places to play. Sky Vegas was also one of our first casino partnerships way back in the day. We would love to recommend Sky Vegas to Loquax visitors but as you'll discover there is a sting in the tail when it comes to our thoughts on this brand. Introducing Sky Vegas
Sky Vegas is a simple but effective and functional site. There are no bells and whistles here. In many respects it's a good example of how casino and slot brands have had to develop in light of UKGC guidelines. Sadly exclusives have become diluted at Sky Vegas which is a shame.

In the past live casino games could be found under Sky Casino but they're now also part of the Sky Vegas mix. They're joined by card and table games, instant wins and jackpots. Under live casino you'll find around 30 roulette games and 11 versions of live blackjack. Some of these rooms are exclusive to Sky Vegas and they're joined by Bacarrat and Sic Bo. Under Live Game Shows you'll find over 20 different games including Ice Fishing Live, Balloon Race Live, Crazy Balls, Stock Market, Crazy Pachinko, Crazy Time, Crazy Coin Flip, Deal Or No Deal Live, Crazy Balls, Mega Ball and Buffalo Blitz Live. Sky Vegas Promotions & The Prize Machine
One thing that really made us like Sky Vegas were their regular prize promotions but they've long gone. These days the brand is all about The Prize Machine. This is a daily game that can be played for free and without deposit. Spin the wheel for the chance to win cash, free spins and other prizes such as free bets or bingo tickets. Bigger prizes are on offer to players who have staked £10 or more on Sky Vegas on the previous day. According to Sky Vegas the top prize is £1000 but you never actually hear if anyone's won this prize! The Prize Machine is joined by Must Go and Daily Jackpots. Other promotions do run and may include tournaments, prize draws and bonuses but like with many brands now the big prize giveaways are no longer offered.
Our Verdict
With multiple gambling products including bingo and Skybet it's no surprise that Sky are leaders when it comes to responsible play. There are various tools players can utilise including cool off, deposit limits and self exclusion. In our view there's so much to like about Sky Vegas and from a player perspective we loved playing at it. The welcome offer, no wagering terms The Prize Machine, jackpots and choice of games are all very attractive. We'd love to recommend it to players. Unfortunately the folks at Sky screwed us over financially by closing their affiliate program with no notice. They didn't actually close the program though and just decided to stop paying everyone bar a few sites. Additionally the brand is now ran by Flutter Entertainment who we're not big fans of either due to their poor business behaviour. Therefore we don't feel comfortable suggesting Sky Vegas as an option. Brands such as Grosvenor Casino and Buzz Casino are worthy alternatives.
