We have seen some good prize promotions at this site in the past but in October 2024 it's pretty much tumbleweed. The promotions do suggest that you win up to £100 with their social media competition. We can't see any reference to that on either Facebook or Instagram. Scrolling through Instagram we can't actually see any reference to a win up to £100 prize draw. The terms do state "when available", a phrase that seems to be doing a lot of heavy lifting in this case. On a positive note the social channels are active and they do have regular giveaways for free spins. In addition they've also recently offered players the chance to win an iPad (October 2024). It attracted only 340 comments!
Our Verdict
Despite all the wonderful things above you'll notice we've given LeoVegas a zero rating and this comes from an affiliate point of view. We've had links to this brand for years and it's been awful in terms of sign-ups, conversions, revenue, anything. But that's not why we've given them zero! In the summer of 2024 we were asked to provide documents such as bank details, passports etc that all gambling operators request from affiliates. LeoVegas decided that our bank statement wasn't correct despite it being sent to our company director at our company address by the same bank we've held a business account for the last 20 years. They said it didn't reference Loquax on it, it did! They said it didn't have an IBAN number, it did! They know we're legitimate but instead wanted another statement that we couldn't provide because all our statements are the same. So we were unable to comply with their requests and the affiliate partnership terminated. A complete waste of our time! So in our view don't waste your time with them either.
