Unibet Bingo Review
Unibet are a bookmaker and compared to the likes of Sky, Paddy Power and William Hill probably aren't high up in most player's thoughts when it comes to playing online bingo. However, Unibet Bingo does exist and it's one of just two brands that use the Relax Gaming platform. It's sister sites is Bingo.com. Other brands - namely Stan James and Maria have either closed or no longer accept UK players.
Introducing Unibet Bingo
Unibet Bingo originally started life on the Virtue Fusion platform. However it moved to Relax Gaming during 2015. Unibet describe their offering as a "unique online bingo experience" and to be fair it is fairly unique. If you're fed up with the same games and platforms served up by Dragonfish and Virtue Fusion then the Relax platform might be worth a look. It does have limitations but there's more than enough available in terms of rooms, slots and offers to consider playing Unibet Bingo.
Unibet Bingo Welcome Offer
New players to Unibet Bingo are offered a 200% first deposit bonus up to £20. Register, login and deposit £10 to receive the bingo bonus. Wagering terms are just x2 which is very reasonable. Note that the wagering terms for casino and slot games is x35. This welcome offer is, in our view, better than the one available at Bingo.com. Wagering terms at Bingo.com are x40 and this seems to apply to both bingo and casino bonuses. If you're going to choose a Relax Gaming brand then Unibet is the better option.
Free Bingo Games
There is free bingo for new players at Unibet Bingo. Register as a new player and you will have access to the exclusive newbie room Center Court for 14 days. All games offer the chance to win real cash. Login to Unibet Bingo and enter the room to play. There are 12 games available each day. The games on offer are a 75 ball coverall one and players can select 10 free tickets for each round. When we played in the free room we also received an additional 10 free tickets. We would like to see some 90 ball games on Center Court but we can't complain about 14 days of freebies!
Unibet Bingo Rooms
There are only a handful of bingo rooms at Unibet and they're all named after sports. The rooms available include Grand Prix and The Podium for 90 ball games plus All Stars, The Arena, The Pitch and Velodrome for 75 ball and pattern bingo games. Each room also has it's own progressive jackpot and they tend to be reasonably active. Prices vary from around 1p a ticket up to £1 a ticket depending on which room you opt to play in. Players who spend £15 or more on tickets in a single day will have access to the Grand Slam free bingo room.
Unibet Bingo Promotions
One thing we do like about Unibet Bingo and the Relax Gaming set up is their tournaments. These involve the mini games mentioned above and give players the chance to win a share of £200. The prizes are won by the players with the biggest equalised win over 20 consecutive rounds on selected slots. Unibet also offers players access to some big name slots including Jurassic Park, Starburst, Rainbow Riches, Immortal Romance and Blood Suckers. They also have a selection of mini side games such as Moby Dick, Old Macdonald, Nutty Night Bingo and Miner Moe.
Unibet Bingo, or one of it's sister sites, is a destination for those players who are looking for something different. Fans of mobile play will be pleased to know that Unibet Bingo is accessible on mobile and tablet. However unlike the casino, poker, lottery and sports channels, there's no app for bingo players. It's something we'd like to see in the future as it might attract more players to the brand.
The bookies side of bingo is dominated by Virtue Fusion whilst Dragonfish and Cozy pretty much cover everyone else. Therefore it's good to see something different. The Relax Gaming platform seems to be dominated by 75 ball games which is a surprise given UK players prefer 90 ball. Most certainly Unibet could be better with respect to variations and promotions but there's enough here to enjoy. The 14 day trial period will help you decide whether Unibet Bingo is for you.
