On 28th June 2024, Gala Bingo will be hosting a Summer Spectacular Live Show in Manchester and you could be in the audience simply by entering a prize draw. All you have to do is be an eligible player, login to Gala Bingo, enter the draw and then keep your fingers crossed that you're a lucky winner. Details of the promotion can be found by heading to the 'My Rewards' section and finding the 'Live Summer Spectacular' link from within the bingo offers.
Live Summer Spectacular
If you're lucky enough to be a Live Summer Spectacular winner with Gala Bingo then you'll receive two free studio audience tickets and travel expenses to and from the event for you and your guest. Note the event takes place at Dock10 Studios, Media City, White Tower, Manchester on 28th June at 7.30pm so you'll need to be able to attend. Furthermore you'll also need to figure out whether an overnight stay is required but note that that will be something you'll need to pay for yourself. Aside from watching the Live Summer Spectacular there doesn't seem much incentive for players to attend this event. It's not clear whether they'll participate in any games or if there's a special bingo game availabe to them. The terms for the promotion are given as: 18+ UK only. What makes the above draw less attractive is that you can get involved with the Live Summer Spectacular online. To join the livestream you simply need to purchase tickets in the Live Show Room which cost from 2p. During the show you'll be able to enjoy Chat Game with £5 prizes up for grabs; Free Bingo where you can play for free at 19:47 and 20:17; Make That Call so if “Bingo” is the first word you say when Gala ring, you win; Spin the Wheel for the chance to win bonuses, hamper goodies, and £1000; plus other games such as Doorstep Delights, Host Challenge and Bingo Bonus Balls. These delights all seem aimed at players online rather than in the audience so a 2p ticket could prove to be a better option than winning tickets and heading to Manchester? We'd hope that Gala Bingo will be putting on a bit of an event for those in the audience. Unfortunately we won't be there because we're not eligible to enter.
£150K Bingo Sessions
Over the last year or so Gala Bingo have hosted a monthly Big Money Game. This started at £100K but soon jumped to £150K. This was for just one game but things have - we think at least - have now changed. Instead of one game, the £150K Big Bingo has become the £150K Big Bingo Sessions. These will now take place "on the first Thursday, Friday & Saturday of the month where you'll see prize pools up to £10,000 per game in a mix of your favorite bingo rooms". The next scheduled games are for the 8th, 9th and 10th June 2024. During selected periods there will be £2000, £6000 and £10000 games with the maximum full house prize being £7500. Tickets cost 10p per game and a total of £50,000 will be paid out each day. This is a huge change for Entain (Foxy, Coral, Ladbrokes etc) and now only leaves Virtue Fusion with a seriously big money game running.
