Bally Casino Is Coming Soon To The UK

Players at Megaways Casino have been notified that the site is about to change it's name. Very soon it'll become Bally Casino! Bally's are well known in The USA and operate casinos in more than ten states. They also run Ballycasino.com. Megaways Casino players however will find themselves redirected to the UK version of the brand. We're anticipating that the move will take place around the 23rd August - or at least during that week - but players won't have to do a thing. All their Megaways Casino details will simply transfer over to the new look brand. This includes any outstanding balances you may have and/or any settings within the Megaways Casino system.
From Star Spins To Bally Casino
Megaways Casino launched in February 2021 but was new in brand name alone. It replaced the old Star Spins brand which was launched as a slots only version of Jackpotjoy. We quite liked Star Spins and were disappointed when it was dropped by Gamesys. It also cost us in revenue because they closed Star Spins to affiliates whilst transferring players to Megaways Casino. Because Loquax wasn't a dedicated casino brand we also weren't able to become a partner to the new name. Maybe things will change when it becomes Bally Casino? The new Bally Casino is simply a replication of Megaways Casino but the purple theme has been replaced by Bally's familiar red and white. According to the blurb on the website their aim is "to make the American gaming experience come to life like never before". They're also "about delivering an authentic American gaming experience. That means entertainment around every corner, incredible promotions, and top-notch service". The reality is that the games that you can play on Megaways will be exactly the same ones that you can play on Bally Casino and that the customer service team will also be the same. In short this is just a name change either because Big Time Gaming who own the Megaways brand have reached the end of their agreement and have decided to move elsewhere or Bally's - who own the Gamesys platform - think their own brand has more attraction. Bally Casino does have more gravitas than Megaways but only time will tell if it really will resonate with UK players.
