2021 was a busy year for bingo sites moving platforms and for businesses being acquired. However at the tail end of 2020 a couple of popular brands also moved platform and have possibly been overlooked since. Kitty Bingo and Lucky Pants Bingo made the move to Virtue Fusion in October 2020 and at the same time became sister sites to Mecca by hosting rooms such as Emoji and Burst. We did wonder whether this move would strip the two sites of any exclusivity but they've been busy over recent weeks dishing out prizes with The Grand Giveaway.
Win Prizes Each Week
The Grand Giveaway has been already running for a number of weeks and at time of writing it's on week seven! We suspect that spotting these giveaways was lost amongst the big Christmas promos being ran by Tombola, Jackpotjoy, Gala etc. Hopefully there's at least a couple more weeks of this particular promo to run as it's very easy to get involved. In fact there are two ways to get an entry into this week's prize draw. Firstly register at one of the participating sites and deposit £20. Participating sites include Spin & Win, Regal Wins, The Vic, Mecca Games, Magical Vegas, Lucky VIP, Kitty Bingo and Lucky Pants Bingo. You can get further entries for every £50 cash wagered on any slot during the promotional period. We'll be honest we think that is a bit of the hefty side and also not very attractive for bingo players.
£5000 To Be Won
For week seven of The Grand Giveaway you can win cash prizes of £5000, Apple Watches and £5 cash prizes. There are in fact 5 x £5000 prizes, 20 x Apple Watch 7 prizes and 300 x £5 cash prizes. Winners will be selected from all qualifying entries made across all participating sites. Previous prizes have included a year of groceries, QLED Samsung TVs and Ninja 3-in-1 Food Processors. In respect to the tangible prizes a cash alternative can be accepted by a winner, however according to the terms the cash alternative will be at 50% of the value of the prize. The current prize draw will take place on the 22nd January - and we should advise that the qualifying period for week seven is the 10th to 16th January. Although we don't know for sure we'd expect that the promotion to run at least until week 8 and possibly until the end of January.
Free Bingo Sessions
Away from The Grand Giveaway there are other reasons why you should drop in on Kitty Bingo - or Lucky Pants - this January. Free bingo is always an attraction and on Friday there's a £250 free bingo session taking place in the 90 ball Winners Club room. This is a qualification session so to make sure you've booked your seat you'll need to play £5 or more in any bingo game between Monday and Thursday. The Winners Club free session kicks off at 7pm and there's £250 in prizes to be won. Note that all wins will be paid in cash so you don't need to worry about wagering terms. As far as we're aware this is a weekly event at Kitty Bingo so if you miss it this week then head on over next to try again.
Kitty Collector Game
One thing that surprised us when Kitty made the move to Virtue Fusion was that the Kitty Collector Game (formerly Catford Square) made the move as well. Each day that you wager £2 or more at Kitty you'll get the opportunity to roll the dice and move around the Kitty Collector game board. As you move around the board you collect tokens - and once you have enough of the same token you get a reward. For example collars will get you a £2 Slot Bonus, milk gets you an entry into a monthly prize draw whilst catnap results in 10 Fluffy Favourites Free Spins.
