Free Session Bingo At Double Bubble
Article Updated On 8th September 2021
Double Bubble Bingo is the latest addition to the Gamesys stable having launched in August. The brand comes in to replace Heart Bingo which we understand is soon off to pastures new. Gamesys obviously would prefer players to stick with them so you can use your Heart Bingo login on the new site. There's little to no difference between the two so if you have enjoyed Heart over the latest 10 years then you carry on that enjoyment at Double Bubble.
Free Bingo Games
Whilst looking over the new site we did notice one interesting event which doesn't get that much publicity. It occurs in the Session Bingo room and it's free bingo. What's interesting about this is that this particular offer isn't available on Jackpotjoy and even better you can "pre-buy" your tickets for the event. Free Session Bingo takes place every Saturday from 7pm. These sessions kicked off on the 15th August 2021 - pretty much when Double Bubble Bingo launched - and are continuing until further notice. We suspect that they won't be around for long though so take advantage whilst you can!
How To Play Session Bingo
To play free Session Bingo you need to login to Double Bubble and bring up the relevant room. You'll see all the sessions - morning, afternoon, evening and twilight - that are available to "pre-buy". All the sessions usually cost £5 but if you check out the 7pm on Saturday event then (if the free bingo promo is still running) you'll notice that it's free. Simply click on the tab and then hit the green confirm button to claim your tickets. As far as we're aware no deposit is required for these sessions and all wins will be paid out in cash. There's £500 waiting to be won across all the games and you don't need to be in the room to play.
Free Tickets & Prizes
The one hour free session bingo session comprises of 16 games. Things kick off with a 75 ball game followed by five 90 ball. You'll then get to play 5 x 80 ball games before finishing the session with another five 90s. The prizes on offer increase throughout the hour so the pot for game one is just £10 whilst there's a nice £140 waiting to be won in the final game at 7.55pm. All free tickets are assigned at the start - you get 6 for the 75 ball games, 12 for the 90 ball and 4 for the 80 ball. We love session bingo because it gives you a mix of games - plus as it's free it's a great way to see what Double Bubble has to offer.
The imminent departure of Heart Bingo from Gamesys leaves a huge player promotion hole in the schedule. Over their 10 years Heart have given away many prizes including cars, cash, holidays and tech. So far it looks like Double Bubble isn't picking up the slack and instead opting to dish out the ubiquitous Box Bonanza Games. We hope to see tangible prize giveaways on the site in the future. However that may be wishful thinking especially as many bingo brands seem to be running less and less prize giveaways. Only a handful of brands such as Mecca, Paddy Power and Betfred are currently bucking the downward trend.
