Temple Of Ausar Slot Review
Eyecon Games are perhaps more well known for their popular slots such as Fluffy Favourites, Piggy Payout and Sugar Train. Many of these games are quite similar in style so slot players may be surprised with their latest offering - Temple Of Ausar. This is an Egyptian themed 5 reel and 25 payline slot.
The most striking aspect of Temple Of Ausar, at least compared to other Eyecon Games, is that it looks modern and stylish. The reels are set in a beautiful golden setting with a dark blue backdrop covered in hieroglyphics. The icons are Egyptian in style and nature.
Wagering is set by clicking on the stack of coins symbol on the left of the game. This allows you to select the number of lines (1 to 25) and coin size (1p to £2). An Autoplay option is at the bottom right of the slot whilst there are also buttons to check out the paytable and switch the sound on/off.
Although the look and feel of Temple Of Ausar is a lot more stylish than other Eyecon games, it's features are fundamentally the same as Fluffy Too, Irish Luck etc. In this case though, a free games round is trigged when 3 or more Isis (the Egyptian Goddess) symbols appear on the reels. Isis symbols also act as wilds! Ausar symbols are wilds and also pay out the biggest prize of x9500 coins.
Ausar (also known as Osiris) is described as the "merciful judge of the dead in the afterlife". How this fits in with the slot we're not sure as there's no obvious "storyline". However, we suspect that this game is an eventual replacement for Temple Of Isis - another Egyptian themed game from Eyecon, but who's title may be misconstrued!
Temple Of Ausar is a lot more polished than other games from the Eyecon stable. In some respects it's too polished as it lacks the quirky retro style of Fluffy Favourites. That said it's good to play, isn't full of novelty bonus rounds, and can be played on mobile, tablet and desktop.
