When we first saw Bingo Billions on Slots Gold we expected to find an instant win version of the popular numbers game. As is we found a 5 reel, 25 payline slot from NYX Gaming that feels like it's come straight from a European TV Game Show. If you fancy spinning something a little bit manic then we think this might just be the game for you.
When you first open up Bingo Billions you're met with some gameshow style music and a voice shouting bingo quite a lot. Our advice is get used to this because there's a lot of it during the game. Design wise this isn't the best looking slot we've seen recently. The main symbols are numerical balls, bars and bingo cards - and none of them lend themselves to looking particularly stylish. You can choose to play from 1 to 25 lines and from 1p to £10 per line. The maximum bet is £250. An autoplay feature allows you to decide how long you want to play without clicking the spin button yourself.
The Verdict
Bingo Billions only has two features - wilds and scatter. The latter activates a free games round when it 3, 4 or 5 symbols appear on the reels. The free games round gives you up to 20 free spins with all prizes tripled. Disappointingly there's no bingo element within the bonus round! We'd have expected to see some kind of bonus round featuring balls and cards - not just free spins. To be fair the Europop manic music and over-excited voice over don't make up for this omission, but as a slot it can provide a lot of fun - but it's probably a tad too manic for our taste.
