Spin Genie Suspends Gambling Operations

If you're a player on Spin Genie, Slingo.com, Deal Or No Deal Casino, The X Factor Games, Britain's Got Talent Games, Vegas Casino or Love Island Games then you'll find that you currently cannot play at these sites. The is because Bear Group Limited - the owners of these brands - have suspended gambling operations. It's unclear at this time whether they will resume any time soon.
We were first aware of these suspensions just before Christmas. However the sites involved have only just placed an announcement on their main pages. Before Christmas players could login to the various brands however none of the games would load. At time of writing The X Factor Games and BGT Games aren't showing such a message but we're presuming that they too have suspended operations.

So what should you do if you're a player at these sites? Well you're advised to contact customer support for questions and balance withdrawal. No details are given with respect to whether the sites will be resuming trading any time in the future. Our advice therefore would be to withdraw your balance as soon as possible. On iGaming Business an article suggests that the owners "do not expect the market position" of the sites "to improve in the short to medium term".
