Smooth Radio Launches Smooth Bingo On Gamesys

2019 has been the year of bingo site closures with the bulk of the door closing taking place on the Cozy Games platform. Only a handful of the sites that have closed have emerged on other platforms. However, one brand has managed to turn things round in a big way. Smooth Bingo which closed in January 2019 has reopened with new owners and on a new platform. Smooth Bingo is now the official home of Smooth Radio's bingo site. It joins sister brand, Heart Bingo, on the Gamesys Network therefore offers players access to popular bingo rooms and top slots. Low Key Launch
The launch of Smooth Bingo seems to be quite low key. It's advertised on Smooth Radio's website, but that's about it. We're told that there won't be affiliate partnerships for the brand although suspect that it may well feature on some bingo portals during 2020. At the moment the majority of bingo reviews are still featuring the notice of closure of the old Cozy Games version of Smooth Bingo. The only social media comment we could find about Smooth Bingo comes from Joel Stern, Commercial Enterprise Director of Global. He says that "Smooth Bingo will look to provide a more relaxing experience, giving players a quality bit of 'me-time' away from the stresses and strains of the everyday". That sounds great but Joel obviously doesn't understand the stress of waiting for a full house with 1TG! Smooth should be a successful brand but in our view it will need to be a lot more different to what's offered at Heart.
