My Bingo Hall Slot Review
Back in June Paddy Power launched Paddy's Full House, a bingo themed slot created by Eyecon Games. That slot has now been released across other brands including Gala, Cheeky and Foxy. Obviously it's not called Paddy's Full House but instead takes the title of My Bingo Hall. However the format of the game is identical. My Bingo Hall brings together many famous bingo phrases and places them into a slot environment. So if you'd like to take your seats then we're about to start.
My Bingo Hall is set unsurprisingly inside a bingo hall. The main game area is dominated by a 5 reel 3 row slot whilst the background shows a buffet and bar area. In the foregorund silhouetted players are playing our favourite numbers game and the familiar sound of slot machines helps complete the setting. In many respects the look reminds us of a cross between a Vegas casino and an old time Butlins bingo hall. The detail is pretty cool especially the blue and red carpet. Graphically the game is good and a far cry from Eyecon Games' more popular creation, Fluffy Favourites. That said, the gameplay with My Bingo Hall slots is very familiar.
How To Play My Bingo Hall Slots
The game options for My Bingo Hall are quite minimal. This may well reflect UKGC rules with respect to autoplay features etc. as this slot doesn't have any. Instead by clicking the coin stack at the foot of the game you can set your wager and number of lines to play. The minimum bet is 1p (for a one line game) but this can be increased up to £2 per line and therefore a maximum wager of £50 with 25 lines in play. A link to the paytable, rules and sound options can be found at the bottom right of the slot. Once you've set your wager it's just a case of clicking the the big white button and spinning the reels.
Top Of The Shop
The icons on My Bingo Hall consist of popular bingo calls including Top Of The Shop (90), Two Fat Ladies (88), Clickety Click (66), Brighton Line (59), Bullseye (50), Two Little Ducks (22), Legs Eleven (11) and Number 10 (10). These are joined by a bingo dabber and a plate of fish and chips. Top Of The Shop is the highest paying icon and will win you x5000 for five of a kind. A scatter symbol, a bingo caller, acts as a wild plus it can activate a free games round. The final remaining symbol is a bingo card and this activates a scatter prize bingo game. As mentioned above this slot has up to 25 paylines and all lines pay from left to right only.
Prize Bingo Feature
Get three or more bingo card scatter symbols on the reels and this activates a pick a prize feature. It many respects it's like the claw symbol on Fluffy Favourites. Simply select one of the symbols to reveal a multiplier prize up to x100 the total wager. Get 3, 4 or 5 bingo caller symbols on the reels and this awards 15, 20 or 25 free spins respectively. Line wins during the free spins bonus round are tripled and free games can be activated. We'd like to tell you more about the bonuses but neither came up during our trial play of the slot. And the same thing happened when we played on Paddy's Full House too. We guess we're just unluky or the features are very rare occurrences!
Our Verdict
We quite enjoyed playing My Bingo Hall and it most certainly brings the bingo hall experience into slot form. We love the sound of the slot machines in the background which give it a Vegas casino feel. Do keep an eye out too for the occasional shout outs from the crowd including "change the bingo caller". Bringing the bingo experience into slot form isn't new. Slingo is a good example but there's also Bingo Millions Lucky Slot too. My Bingo Hall is, in our view, better than the latter. It most certainly will keep players entertained for a few spins but we suspect many will stick with the familiarity of Fluffy Favourites. My Bingo Hall has a Return to Player (RTP) of 95.388% which is the same as it's more well known sister slot.
