Jumpman Introduce New Lobby & Live Chat

Jumpman Gaming are the online gaming platform that boasts quite possibly the largest number of bingo/slots brands in The UK. Amongst it's many well known brands are Dream Bingo, Mirror Bingo, Sun Play and Deal Or No Deal. One of the many criticisms of this platform over the years is that it's lobby area has been pretty poor. For example to find bingo games you'd need to login, go to 'Games' and the scroll across a navigation bar just to discover the rooms. Other issues include locating jackpot slots, live casino and casino games. However - finally - Jumpman have started to fix things with the introduction of a new lobby area.
The New Jumpman Lobby
Don't get too excited though because the new lobby is only available after you login. The old style format remains active if you're not logged in. So if you're thinking about joining one of the many brands and want to see the bingo rooms for example you might strugggle to locate them! Things do improve once you login thankfully although you still need to click "All Games" to get to the lobby. Under "All Games" you'll find tabs for Home, Slots, Casino, Live Casino, Jackpots and Bingo. Click on Slots and finally Jumpman have organised slots by type so for example you can find Slingo Games, Megaways Slots and Fluffy titles altogether. Similarly under Live Casino you can now easily locate Live Roulette and Live Blackjack. We did think Jumpman had Live Game Shows but they seem to be AWOL? Overall though the lobby upgrade is a much needed and big improvement.
Live Chat Support
Another new feature across the many Jumpman brands is a new Live Chat support area. According to Jumpman this new feature is "designed to provide instant, real-time support whenever you need it". If you have have questions about games, bonuses, or your account the "friendly team is just a click away. No waiting, no hassle —just quick, helpful answers to keep your gaming experience smooth and fun". To find the Live Chat support area you need to click on "Help" at the foot of your chosen brand, click to open up the support box that is headlined "I need help - who do I contact?", follow the link in that box and then click the "contact us" link to open the chat box. We haven't tested the support but suspect that as it's 24/7 Live Chat that it may well have some AI assistance involved.
Room For Improvement
It's good to see some positive changes from Jumpman but there's still plenty of room for improvement. In our view the x65 wagering terms are poor and represent some of the highest (if not the highest) in The UK. We're also not big fans of the withdrawal fees that they apply. On top of that, despite there being multiple bingo brands it's impossible to name one that has a welcome offer that is attractive to bingo players or has any promotions for bingo players. And if all that wasn't enough there's not one brand that offers anything exclusive or unique. It's simply a collection of 200 sites that all look the same and are all doing the same thing. Our view is that there are better options out there for slots and bingo players and the above changes, whilst welcome, don't change that view.
