The Ultimate Summer Promotion
The Ultimate Summer Promotion runs at Virgin Games between the 1st and 31st July 2022. It's a daily promo that works kind of like an advent calendar. By the way advent calendar's in the summer are not insane ideas as we actually did one many years ago. Our premise for doing it was that there are so many at Christmas it actually made more sense to do it six months earlier. Anyway we digress! The Ultimate Summer Promotion works in two parts - one that is free and the other that requires wagering qualification. To take part you first need to visit Virgin Games, login and click the big red button that says "View Calendar". Each day of July they'll be a door to open - see we told you it was like an advent - and this acts as your "opt-in". Each day you opt-in earns you a free prize draw entry to win a bundle of goodies. Additionally you'll be given the chance to win a daily prize provided you fulfill the daily wagering requirements. Terms and conditions apply and these are explained with each daily offer.
What Prizes Can You Win?
If you open a door every day of July then you'll earn a maximum of 31 entries for the free prize draw. No deposit is required. At the start of August one lucky players will be selected from all qualifiers to win the ultimate summer bundle. This consists of a GoPro HERO10 Black, Dyson Cool™ tower cooling fan in white/silver, JBL Charge 5 - Portable Bluetooth Speaker, Apple Watch Series 7, Airpods pro, £50 Apple voucher and an Echo dot. These are all great prizes but we'd have thought a "summer bundle" would consist of things such as an inflatable hot tub and gas bbq? Sadly these aren't on offer behind the calendar doors either but you do have the chance to win Virgin Experience Day vouchers, Lifestyle Vouchers, V*Points and Box Bonanza Games. In case you missed it on our Quiz It article, Gamesys are now charging just 10p instead of £1 to players who miss playing a Box Bonanza Game within the first seven days of award. By the way there may not be prizes on offer each day as the terms indicate other offers such as cashback on losses, sharepots and free spins.
Is It Worth Visiting Daily?
The chances of winning the Grand Prize Draw is probably quite slim but the maxim "you've got to be in it to win it" stands. Our advice is drop in when you can and grab yourself a few free entries for the chance to win the Apple Watch, Go Pro and other goodies. It's also worth checking out the daily offer behind the calendar and seeing whether it's something that takes your fancy. For example for Day 1 there's a chance to win 1 of 50 Box Bonanza games worth up to £20 each but to qualify you need to wager £10 or more on Double Bubble Jackpot Splash.
